Entitatea contractanta doreste sa incheie pentru o perioada de 18 luni cate un acord-cadru pentru fiecare lot in parte. LOT 1 : Supape si Senzori Menarini, Sor si Troleibuze Solaris LOT 2 : Senzori Menarini LOT 3 : Diverse Menarini Se va incheia un acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 18 luni cu maxim 2 operatori economici, clasati pe primele 2 locuri pentru fiecare lot in parte, conform criteriului de atribuire. Se va incheia un acord - cadru pe o perioada de 18 luni. Primul contract subsecvent se va atribui pe o perioada de 6 luni dupa incheierea acordului - cadru, iar urmatoarele contracte subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de necesitate in perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru.
