RATBV S.A. achiziţionează pentru o perioadă de 12 luni piese auto -Furnizare Repere Electrice autobuze MENARINI conform punctului 3 din Caietul de sarcini. Scopul Acordului-cadru îl reprezintă stabilirea elementelor/condiţiilor esenţiale care vor guverna contractele subsecvente de furnizare piese, ce urmează a fi atribuite pe durata derulării prezentului Acord-cadru. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor” Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit. Furnizare piese de schimb Furnizare Repere Electrice autobuze MENARINI . Se va încheia un acord cadru de furnizare pentru o perioada de 12 luni. Cantitatile vor fi cele solicitate prin caietul de sarcini si anexele acestuia. Frecventa contracte subsecvente ESTIMATIVE 2 la 6 luni in functie de necesitati.
