Achiziția are ca obiect furnizarea, montarea și punerea în funcțiune a dotărilor prevăzute în Lista echipamentelor (Anexa 32) din Studiul de oportunitate aprobat pentru proiectul „Creșterea calității educației prin modernizarea infrastructurii didactice și digitalizarea învățământului la Liceul Tehnologic Agricol «Alexandru Borza», orașul Geoagiu, județul Hunedoara”, destinate corpurilor A și B ale Liceului Tehnologic Agricol „Alexandru Borza” (str. Independenței nr. 47) și clădirii școlii primare (str. Calea Romanilor nr. 149), oraș Geoagiu. Achiziția este împărțită în 7 loturi, pe categorii de produse, iar fiecare lot se atribuie printr-un contract distinct. Autoritatea contractantă răspunde clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cel mai târziu în a 10-a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor (art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016). Solicitările de clarificări se transmit prin SEAP, în format editabil. Produsele, cantitățile și caracteristicile tehnice minime sunt cele din Caietul de sarcini și din fișele tehnice anexate acestuia. Prețul ofertat include transportul, descărcarea, introducerea în clădire, montajul, configurarea, punerea în funcțiune, instruirea, documentația și service-ul în perioada de garanție. Ofertantul ofertează integral cantitățile și pozițiile lotului; ofertele parțiale în cadrul unui lot sunt neconforme.
