Achiziția are ca destinație elaborarea documentației tehnice de proiectare (Proiect Tehnic, Detalii de Execuție și Caiete de Sarcini) și execuția lucrărilor de eficientizare energetică a Sălii Polivalente din municipiul Piatra Neamț, în vederea creșterii performanței energetice și reducerii consumului de energie. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 30 zile. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Realizarea obiectului contractului contribuie la îndeplinirea obiectivelor Autorității Contractante privind modernizarea și eficientizarea patrimoniului public construit, creșterea performanței energetice a clădirilor publice și asigurarea unor condiții corespunzătoare pentru desfășurarea activităților sportive, culturale și sociale desfășurate în cadrul Sălii Polivalente din Municipiul Piatra Neamț. Prin implementarea contractului se urmărește elaborarea documentației tehnice la faza Proiect Tehnic de Execuție și realizarea lucrărilor necesare pentru eficientizarea energetică a construcției existente, în conformitate cu soluțiile aprobate prin documentația tehnico-economică și cu respectarea legislației și reglementărilor tehnice aplicabile.
