Description

Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa atribuie contractul de lucrari avand ca obiect: Proiectare, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului și execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții ,,Consolidare seismica Sectia Recuperare, Medicina Fizica si Balneologie din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Drobeta Turnu Severin, B-dul Carol I, nr.4”. Lucrarile si serviciile sunt descrise pe larg in caietul de sarcini 1. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa atribuie contractul de lucrari avand ca obiect: Proiectare, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului și execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții ,,Consolidare seismica Sectia Recuperare, Medicina Fizica si Balneologie din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Drobeta Turnu Severin, B-dul Carol I, nr.4”. Serviciile si lucrari sunt descrise pe larg in caietul de sarcini si documentatia de atribuire. Valoarea estimata a contractului: 30.671.505,99 lei fără TVA. Durata serviciilor de proiectare și a executiei lucrarilor este de 485 zile de la Data de Incepere (clauza 33 CGC), detaliată astfel: • proiectare (inclusiv verificare proiect cu verificatori atestați, obținere avize, acorduri și autorizații): 120 zile de la Data de Incepere (clauza 33 CGC); • execuție lucrari: 365 zile; • asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului - pana la admiterea receptiei la terminarea lucrarilor.
