Description

Servicii de elaborare a documentației tehnico-economice la stadiul PT + DDE, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului, execuție lucrări și furnizare dotări în cadrul proiectului cu titlul „Extindere Corp C2, modificări interioare și exterioare, supraetajare, modernizare fațade și amenajare exterioară. Modificare și relocare corpuri C3 și C4 - Faza 1” Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 30 zile. Valoarea estimata a contractului este de 100.036.311,68 lei.
