Potrivit devizului general realizat in cadrul proiectului tehnic, valoarea estimata totala executie lucrari pentru obiectivul investitii este de 38.559.688,87 lei fără TVA formata din: - Cap. 1.3. - Valoarea estimata - Amenajarea terenului: 568.233,19 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 2.1. - Valoarea estimata - Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilitatilor: 157.730,98 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.1. - Valoarea estimata - Constructii si instalatii: 29.230.224,02 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.2. - Valoarea estimata - Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale: 359.812,44 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.3. - Valoarea estimata - Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj: 8.109.400,46 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 5.1. - Valoarea estimata - Organizare de şantier: 134.287,78 lei fara TVA.
