Detalierea echipamentelor este prezentata in caietul de sarcini Achizitia are ca obiect ECHIPAMENTE SI COMPONENTE PENTRU SISTEMUL DE APELARE SORA prin incheierea unui contract de furnizare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 19 zile. Termenul limita in care se va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Clauza suspensivă: procedura de achiziţie va fi iniţiată sub incidenţa prezentei clauze suspensive, în sensul că încheierea/semnarea contractului de furnizare este condiţionată, pe o perioada de 2 luni de la data publicarii procedurii in SEAP, de alocarea unor sume de catre Primaria Municipiului Bucuresti prin ASSMB conform solicitarii de rectificare bugetara depusa prin adresa nr. 15566/18.09.2026, inregistrata la ASSMB cu nr. 23634/18.09.2026. In cazul în care această condiţionalitate nu va fi îndeplinită, autoritatea contractantă îşi rezervă dreptul să anuleze prezenta achiziție in conformitate cu art. 212 lit. c) din Legea nr. 98 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, indiferent de stadiul de derulare in care se va afla. Decizia de anulare nu va obliga autoritatea contractanta la costuri faţă de operatorii economici participanţi şi/sau operatorul economic declarat câştigător. Valoarea estimata a contractului este de 2,457,000.00 lei.
