Contractul include proiectare, executie lucrari si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pentru obiectivul „GR-CL-10-Construcția stației de epurare Ogrezeni” in conformitate cu cerintele din Caietul de sarcini. Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor /candidaturilor este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare astfel: - cu 25 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 34 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; - cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 20 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Contractul include proiectare, executie lucrari si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pentru obiectivul „GR-CL-10-Construcția stației de epurare Ogrezeni” in conformitate cu cerintele din Caietul de sarcini. Statia de epurare este amplasata in extravilanull localitatii Ogrezeni. In prezent, aglomerarea nu dispune de sistem centralizat de canalizare si statie de epurare. Populatia echivalenta a statiei de epurare este de 9.407 L.E. Emisarul statiei de epurare va fi raul Arges. Contractul pentru proiectarea si executia pentru obiectivul „GR-CL-10-Construcția stației de epurare Ogrezeni” include: a)Activitatile de proiectare - Proiectul Tehnic de Executie, care va include toate documentele necesare conform legislatiei si orice documentatie necesara pentru obtinerea avizelor si autorizatiilor; suport pentru Beneficiar în obţinerea autorizaţiilor şi avizelor necesare; b) Lucrari de constructie; c) Furnizare si montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice; d) Testare si punere in functiune; e) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului. f) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie. g) Pe perioada de executie a lucrarilor, antreprenorul va asigura si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului, cu toate atributiile legale care ii revin in acest scop. Durata de proiectare și executie a lucrarilor si punere in functiune a instalatiilor este de 24 luni, defalcata astfel: - Etapa de proiectare: 5 luni - Perioada de executie a lucrarilor: 16 luni - Perioada de testare si punere in functiune: 3 luni Perioada de notificare a defectelor (PND) este de minim 36 luni. Contractul rămâne valabil până la îndeplinirea tuturor obligațiilor de către parți. Valoarea contractului nu include cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute.
