Prezenta achiziție tratează lucrările de modernizare a drumului județean DJ 595D existent, care își desfășoară traseul în intravilan și extravilan, pe o lungime de 12.090 m (12,09 km) și asigură legătura între localitățile Moșnița Veche și Giroc, respectiv o nouă conexiune cu Varianta Ocolitoare Timișoara (VTM). Durata de execuție a lucrărilor este de 36 luni de la data emiterii ordinului de începere a lucrărilor de către beneficiar, conform documentației de atribuire. Lucrările de modernizare cuprind următoarele tipuri: A. Lucrări de drumuri - modernizarea drumului județean cu o bandă de circulație pe sens; - amenajarea a 10 sensuri giratorii - piste pentru biciclete - trotuare - intersecții cu drumurile și străzile laterale; - accese la proprietăți; - stații de autobuz; - parcări; - realizarea dispozitivelor de colectare și scurgere a apelor pluviale; - realizarea podețelor; - elemente de siguranța circulației; B. Lucrări de căi ferate Lucrările necesare pentru modernizarea trecerii la nivel cu calea ferată CF 125 Timișoara - Buziaș, de la km 9+701.10: - montarea dalelor elastice la capetele dalelor elastice aferente TN modernizate; - racordarea dalelor exterioare TN cu trotuarul modernizat; - amplasarea parapetelor la limita dintre partea carosabilă și trotuare; - amplasarea instalației de semnalizare a apropierii trenurilor fără semibariere de tip SAT; - relocarea stâlpului TTR din zona km 8+607 pe care este montat traseul FO C. Lucrări de instalații electrice - iluminarea intersecțiilor de tip girație D. Lucrări de transport gaze naturale - înlocuirea rețelei de distribuție a gazelor naturale și a branșamentelor conectate la aceste rețele, ce alimentează imobilele existente pe sectorul de drum județean DJ 595D proiectat - protejarea conductelor de transport gaze naturale DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I și DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, conform proiectului “Protejare conducte de transport gaze naturale existente DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I și DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, la intersecția cu DJ 595D, Moșnița Veche - Giroc, jud. Timiș” E. Lucrări de telecomunicații - realizarea unei infrastructuri subterane formată din tuburi HDPE/PVC și cămine de comunicații pentru punerea în siguranță a rețelelor de telecomunicații subterane și aeriene și asigurarea conexiunii la rețeaua de comunicații a viitorilor abonați. Lucrările vor fi executate în conformitate cu prevederile Proiectului tehnic elaborat de către firma de proiectare - SC Iriconstruct SRL, și a Autorizației de Construire nr. 7 din 26.05.2026 eliberată de Consiliul Județean Timiș. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare /informații suplimentare, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în condițiile în care solicitările se vor adresa cu cel puțin 22 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Clarificările depuse după acest termen nu vor mai fi luate în considerare. Valoarea totală estimată a contractului de execuție lucrări - este de 119.041.724,00 lei, excl. TVA, mediului și nu conține valoarea ”cheltuielilor diverse și neprevăzute” (estimată la 10% din valoarea totală ).
