În baza contractului de servicii, vor fi prestate servicii privind elaborarea următoarelor documentații tehnico-economice: ● Plan Urbanistic de Detaliu (PUD); ● Studiul de Fezabilitate (SF); ● Documentații tehnice necesare în vederea obținerii avizelor / acordurilor / autorizațiilor solicitate prin Certificatul de Urbanism (după caz); ● Documentație Tehnică pentru Autorizarea executării lucrărilor de Construire (DTAC); ● Documentație Tehnică pentru autorizarea Organizării Executării lucrărilor (DTOE); ● Proiect Tehnic și Detalii de Execuție (PT+DE). ● Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada de executie a lucrarilor. Prin finalizarea procedurii de achiziție se urmărește semnarea unui contract de prestări servicii pentru elaborarea unei documentații tehnico-economice, conform art. 1, alin. (2) din Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 907/2016 privind etapele de elaborare şi conţinutul-cadru al documentaţiilor tehnico-economice aferente obiectivelor/proiectelor de investiţii finanţate din fonduri publice. Documentația va sta la baza intenției de accesare a fondurilor pentru Intervenția Regională 7.1.D Infrastructuri culturale publice, apelul de proiecte nr. Apel de proiecte nr. PRV/7.1.D/1, aferent Programului Regional Vest 2021 - 2027 (PR Vest), implementat de către Agenția pentru Dezvoltare Regională a Regiunii Vest (ADR Vest) în calitate de Autoritate de Management. Activitățile aferente prezentei documentații, vor fi prestate în conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini, documentației tehnice postate în SEAP și a legislației în vigoare. Serviciile vor fi prestate pe o perioadă de 240 zile pentru Etapa 1 și Etapa 2 ( conform caietul de sarcini) de la data emiterii ordinului de începere /prestare al serviciilor, conform documentației de atribuire. Contractul va produce efecte pana la finalizarea lucrărilor, până la recepția la terminarea lucrărilor, finalizată cu aprobarea Procesului-verbal de recepție la terminarea lucrărilor. Valoarea estimată este de 15.290.000,00 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare /informații suplimentare, în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în condițiile în care solicitările se vor adresa cu cel puțin 22 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
