Obiectul prezentei proceduri de achiziție il reprezinta:Execuție lucrări pentru proiectul ”Sistem integrat de management și modelare urbană destinat fluidizării traficului și îmbunătățirii calității vieții”, cod SMIS 322566, conform cerintelor din documentatia de atribuire. Valoarea estimata a prezentului contract este de 69.580.647,55 fără TVA si se compune din: 1. CAPITOLUL 1. Cheltuieli pentru obținerea și amenajarea terenului 5.909.299,74 lei fara TVA 2. CAPITOLUL 2. Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilităților necesare obiectivului 700.000,15 lei fara TVA 3. CAPITOLUL 4. Cheltuieli pentru investiția de baza 62.722.050,66 lei fara TVA 4. CAPITOLUL 6. Cheltuieli pentru probe tehnologice si teste 249.297,00 lei fara TVA Valoarea estimata nu contine cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute. Nota: valoarea estimată a viitorului contract de achiziție publică, în cuantum de 69.580.647,55 lei (fără TVA) nu conține alte sume necesare implementării cum ar fi sume provizionate, rezerve de implementare, cheltuieli incidentale. In conf. cu art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste doua termene limita in care va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare, dupa cum urmeaza: -cu 21 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari formulate incepand cu data publicarii anuntului de participare in SEAP si pana la 28 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor ; -cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 18 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Obiectul prezentei proceduri de achiziție il reprezinta: Execuție lucrări pentru proiectul ”Sistem integrat de management și modelare urbană destinat fluidizării traficului și îmbunătățirii calității vieții”, cod SMIS 322566, conform cerintelor din documentatia de atribuire.
