- Reabilitarea și modernizarea infrastructurii urbane de-a lungul râului Cuejdiu (Tronson 2 - Lot 1, între Bd. Dacia și Str. Orhei) prin creare spatii deschise publice de 8516 mp; Crearea și extinderea spațiilor verzi urbane și a zonelor de relaxare și recreere în aer liber prin creare spatii verzi de 2386 mp. Amenajarea unui spațiu public multifuncțional pentru activități culturale și recreative în aer liber si Creșterea atractivității turistice ( 50.000 vizitatori/an); Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 30 zile. Servicii de elaborare a documentației tehnico-economice la stadiul PT + DDE, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului, execuție lucrări în cadrul proiectului Regenerarea urbana a râului Cuejdiu în scopul creșterii spațiului pietonal, de promenadă, și de petrecere a timpului liber prin amenajarea unei infrastructuri specifice activităților culturale și de recreere - TRONSON 2 - LOT 1 Investiția urmărește revitalizarea unei zone urbane cu un grad avansat de degradare fizică și funcțională, prin amenajarea unor spații publice moderne, accesibile și atractive, destinate circulației pietonale, recreerii, activităților culturale și petrecerii timpului liber. Totodată, proiectul contribuie la îmbunătățirea calității mediului urban, valorificarea potențialului natural al râului Cuejdiu și creșterea calității vieții locuitorilor municipiului Piatra-Neamț. Obiectiv general Creșterea calității vieții și a atractivității urbane a municipiului Piatra Neamț prin regenerarea zonei râului Cuejdiu - Tronson 2 Lot 1, în scopul creării unui coridor verde de promenadă, cultură și recreere, accesibil tuturor categoriilor de cetățeni și vizitatori. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific al Programului Regional Nord-Est 2021- 2027 - RSO 5.1 „Promovarea dezvoltării integrate și incluzive în domeniul social, economic și al mediului, precum și a culturii, patrimoniului natural, turismului durabil și securității în zonele urbane”, prin transformarea unei zone subutilizate într-un spațiu public atractiv, sigur, verde și multifuncțional. Implementarea proiectului va genera o infrastructură urbană modernă, sustenabilă și integrată, care stimulează mobilitatea nemotorizată, promovează sănătatea și incluziunea socială, și contribuie indirect la dezvoltarea economică locală. Obiective specifice 1. Reabilitarea și modernizarea infrastructurii urbane de-a lungul râului Cuejdiu (Tronson 2 - Lot 1, între Bd. Dacia și Str. Orhei) prin creare spatii deschise publice de 8516 mp. 2. Crearea și extinderea spațiilor verzi urbane și a zonelor de relaxare și recreere în aer liber prin creare spatii verzi de 2386 mp. 3.
