Description

Scopul achiziției este elaborarea unei documentații tehnice (DTAC, DTOE, PT, DDE, Documentație pentru obținerea Autorizației de Securitate la incendiu, Certificat energetic de performanță la încheierea lucrărilor și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului) și a execuției lucrărilor de construcții în vederea realizării obiectivului „Modernizarea infrastructurii verzi "Insula Salcioara"- Baza de Agrement Ostroveni", în deplină concordanță cu reglementările legale în vigoare și în baza Documentației de Avizare a Lucrărilor de Interventie, pusă la dispoziție de Autoritatea Contractantă și aprobată prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local nr. 77/15.03.2024. Prin Hotărârea de Consiliu Local nr.106/25.04.2025 s-au actualizat devizul general și indicatorii tehnico-economici și anexa privind descrierea sumară a investiției. Valoarea estimata totala (proiectare si executie): 26.113.936,16 lei fara TVA, din care serviciul de proiectare si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului 1.440.000 lei fara TVA . In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016,cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar termenul limită în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare este în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor conf. Art. 161 din Lg 98/2016. •Autoritatea Contractantă îsi rezervă dreptul de a efectua modificări ale contractului conf. prevederilor art. 221 din Lg.98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Natura , cantitatile si descrierea lucrarilor se regasesc in Proiectul tehnic si Caietul de Sarcini
