Description

Sunt necesare lucrări pentru întărirea rețelei electrice existente deținute de operatorul de rețea în amonte de punctul de racordare și pentru realizarea lucrărilor de întărire cu caracter general pentru respectarea criteriului cu N-1 elemente în funcțiune în RED 110 kV din zona RER, se va construi o LES nouă 110 kV intre stațiile Medgidia Nord-Medgidia Sud, în lungime de 8,4km. Stația electrică de transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord se află în gestiunea Rețele Electrice Romania SA. Stația de transformare 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud se află în gestiunea Operatorului de Transport CN Transelectrica. Stația electrică de transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord, la nivel tensiune 110 kV este de tip exterior, cu echipament montat la semiînălțime, cu suporți pentru echipamente. Stația a fost dimensionată pentru plafonul de scurtcircuit de: 6000 MVA pe partea de 110 kV. Stația electrică de transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord este amplasată în Județul Constanța, în intravilanul și extravilanul orașului Medgidia. Lucrările se vor executa în incinta stației electrice de transformare Medgidia Nord precum și în zona extravilan și intravilan a orașului Medgidia, în cea mai mare parte domeniul public necarosabil și pe alocuri în zona carosabilă a orașului. Operatorii economici interesați pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare până cel târziu în a 20-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a solicitărilor de participare/ofertelor, iar Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit - conform art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016. Entitatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a transmite două răspunsuri consolidate, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) și art. 173 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016, după cum urmează: - un prim răspuns consolidat, transmis cel tarziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită inițială de depunere a ofertelor; - un al doilea răspuns consolidat, transmis cel tarziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită modificată de depunere a ofertelor, în situația în care termenul de depunere a ofertelor este prelungit, în condițiile art. 163 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit, conform art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016. Valoarea estimata a contractului este de: 52.025.864,98 RON si nu include cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute (in procent de 4,509908%). Pentru întărirea rețelei de distribuție a energiei electrice din zona Dobrogea, pentru asigurarea evacuării energiei produsă din surse regenerabile, este necesară o nouă linie electrică, în cablu 110 kV de racordare la SEN a rețelei de distribuție. Noua linie electrică se va realiza între 2 stații electrice de transformare, respectiv, stația de transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord și stația de transformare 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud. Pentru realizarea obiectivului se propun următoarele lucrări, structurate, după cum urmează: - Construire Celulă 110 kV în Stația de Transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord; - Construire Linie Electrică în cablu Subteran 110 kV între Stația de Transformare 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord și Stația de Transformare 400/100 kV Medgidia Sud; Având în vedere scopul acestei noi linii electrice, în conformitate cu cerințele precizate în Studiul de Soluție și Avizul Tehnic de Racordare, s-a proiectat o linie electrică în cablu cu o capacitate de transport de 800 A. Linia electrică în cablu LES 110 kV Medgidia Nord - Medgidia Sud va fi o linie de buclă a Sistemului Energetic, racordată în ambele capete prin celule de comandă și control precum și dispozitive digitale pentru două grupe de protecție.
