Description

Sistemul fotovoltaic va fi compus din dintr-un total de 480 de panouri fotovoltaice, fiecare avand o putere nominala de 625W(watt). Panourile vor fi amplasate pe o strctura metalica ancorata in sol, orientate astfel incat sa maximizeze captarea radiatiei solare de-a lungul intregi zile. Configuratia aleasa asigrua o eficienta ridicata de conversie a energiei solare in energie electrica si o durabilitate crescuta in timp, panourile fiind proiectate sa reziste la conditii climatice diverse. Puterea instalata totala la nivelul campului fotovoltaic(nivelul panourilor) va fi de 300.0 kWp(kilowatt-peak), ceea ce reflecta capacitatea maxima de generare a energiei electrice in conditii standard de testare (STC). Pentru conversia energiei produse in curent continuu de catre panouri in curent alteranativ utilizabil in retea sau pentru autoconsum, sistemul va fi dotat cu trei(trei) invertoare de inalta eficienta, cu o putere de 100 kW. Prin urmare, puterea instalata totala la nivelul sistemului de invertoare va fi de 300.0kW, ceea ce asigura o capacitate adecvata de preluare si conversie a energiei generate de campul fotovoltaic, cu o rezerva tehnica ce permite operarea in conditii de varf si optimizarea perfomantei generale a centralei. Sistemul a fost proiectat astfel incat sa permita o integrare facila in reteaua electrica locala sis a sustina nevoile de autoconsum ale infrastructurii comunitare. Alegerea componentelor tehnice s-a realizat in baza unei analize de fezabilitate energetica si economica, luand in calcul specificul climatic al zonei, conditiile de radiatie solara, precum si obiectivul de eficienta maxima in exploatare. Aceasta configuratie tehnica va permite nu doar producerea constanta de energie verde, ci si un control eficient al fluxului energetic, prin intermediul invertoarelor inteligente, care monitorizeaza parametrii esentiali ai sistemului si contribuire la o funcionare sigura, durabila si economica a centralei electrice fotovoltaice. Evacuarea energiei electrice produse de centrala fotovoltaica se va realiza printr-un punct de racordare la reteaua electrica stabilit la nivelul de tensiune 20kV, in celula de linie 20 kV prevazuta in PC 20kV CEF Valea Iasului. Aceasta solutie tehnica a fost aprobata prin ATR nr.001500044662/29.04.2025. Lucrarile pentru realizarea instalatiei de racordare din avizului tehnic de racordare se realizeaza in cadrul altui proiect. Se vor respecta cerintele din PT. Capitolul bugetar din cadrul proiectului VALOARE (fără TV..A.) 4.1. Construcții și instalații 413.382,81 4.2. Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice și functionale 154.667,19 4.3. Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice și funcționale cu montaj 561.950,00 TOTAL 1.130.000,00
