Description

Obiectul contractului îl constituie achiziția de produse (echipamente pasive și active de rețea) pentru repararea sau înlocuirea (unde este cazul) a infrastructurii cablare structurată existentă și livrarea de echipamente active și pasive de comunicații și de instalare, montare și configurare de rețele cu acces fără fir (wireless Wi-Fi) la rețeaua de date internă pentru structurile teritoriale ale Curții de Conturi a României. Achiziția va fi derulată integral prin mijloace electronice, într-o singură etapă, potrivit dispozițiilor art. 73 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire până în a 15-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare și ale art. 27 din Anexa la H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
