Detalierea produselor este prezentata in caietul de sarcini si Anexa 1 - LISTA CANTITATI SI VALORI ESTIMATE Achizitia are ca obiect furnizarea de CONSUMABILE SI SUBSTANTE CONTRAST COMPATIBILE 100 % SAU ECHIVALENT CU APARATUL RMN OPTISTAR®ELITE prin incheierea de acorduri cadru, structurat in 3 loturi, din care: LOTUL 1 - Set seringi RMN cu tub in Y cu o singura supapa de control si spike-uri pentru umplere pentru utilizare cu injectoarele OPTISTAR®ELITE LOTUL 2 - GADOTERIDOLUM 0,5 mmol/ml * 20 ml LOTUL 3 - IODIXANOLUM 320 mg I/ml * 100ml Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 19 zile. Termenul limita in care se va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 45,000.00 lei. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata intregului acord cadru precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent ce se estimeaza a fi incheiat sunt precizate in Anexa 1 - Lista cantitati si valori estimate din Sectiunea III - Caiet de sarcini.; Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 71,557.50 lei. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata intregului acord cadru precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent ce se estimeaza a fi incheiat sunt precizate in Anexa 1 - Lista cantitati si valori estimate din Sectiunea III - Caiet de sarcini.; Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 30,750.00 lei.
