Description

Contractul are ca obiect furnizarea unui ecograf de înaltă performanță destinat investigațiilor urologice, inclusiv transportul, instalarea, punerea în funcțiune, instruirea personalului medical și tehnic, precum și asigurarea serviciilor de garanție și service, în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini. Echipamentul va permite efectuarea investigațiilor ecografice urologice, inclusiv a procedurilor de biopsie prostatică țintită prin fuziunea imaginilor ecografice cu imagini CT/RMN, examinări prin elastografie și utilizarea sondelor ecografice compatibile cu intervențiile laparoscopice asistate robotic. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor cf art.160 alin.2 din Legea 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20. Contractantul va avea termen de livrare si montaj de maxim 8 saptamani de la data semnării contractului și constituirii garanției de bună execuție.
