Procedura se finalizeaza cu atribuirea unui Acord Cadtru ce se deruleaza cu un singur operator ecoomic , perioada de derulare = 12 luni.In cadrul Acordului cadru se vor atrreibui 2 contracte subsecvente fara reluarea competitiei, astfel: Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia odata cu Acordul Cadru pentru - Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc. Al doilea contract subsecvent se va semna la pretul din Acordul Cadru in luna 6 de derulare a Acordului Cadru pentru - Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc. Acord Cadru - Cantitate minima / maxima - 1buc Turn artroscopie / 2 buc Turn Artroscopie Numar contracte subsecvente: Minim 1 Contract subsecvent pentru 1 buc / maxim 2 contracte subsecvente (total 2 buc) Valoare estimata acord cadru = minim 824.000 Lei/ max 1.648.000 Lei fara TVA Obiectul contractului il reprezinta furnizarea cu instalarea on site/ punere in functiune si instruire personal beneficiar in utilizare pentru Echipament medical - Turn Artroscopie, asigurarea activitatii de service (reparatii si mentenanta/intretinere) in perioada de garantie, suport tehnic permanent. Se pot solicita clarificari cel tarziu cu 10 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, Autoritatea Comntractanta va raspunde clar si complet la solicitarile depuse in termenul recomandat cu 6 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Achizitie Turn Artroscopie ( minim 1 buc - 1 contract subsecvent/ maxim 2 buc - 2 contracte subsevente) - Acord Cadru incheiat cu un singur operator economic ce se va derula pe o perioada de 12 luni , perioada in care se vor atribui, fara reofertare, 1 maxim 2 contracte subsecvente astfel: Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia odata cu Acordul Cadru cu catigatorul procedurii la pretul dion oferta pentru Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc Al doi-lea contract subsecvent se va incheia cu semnatarul Acordului Cadru la pretul ofertat pentru Turn Artroscopie = 1 buc, in luna 6 de derulare a acordului cadru. Activitati in cadrul contractelor subsevente: Furnizare echipamente cu instalare onsite si punere in functiune, instruire personal beneficiar in utilizare (minim 3 / maxim 5persoane) asigurare servicii in garantie - activitati de reparatii, mentenanta si intretinere echipament, asigurare suport tehnic permanent. Valoare estimatAcord Cadru - Minim = 824.000 Lei/ Maxim = 1.648.000 Lei. Se pot solicita clarificari cu 10 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
