Acord cadru cu 1 maxim 2 contracte subsecvente incheiat cu un singur operator economic, fara optiunea de reofertare, pentru Echipamente medicale 3 Loturi: Lotul 1 - Echipamente CPU - Acord Cadru - cantitate minima / maxima = 1 buc /2 buc Lotul 2 - Echipamente explorari functionale- Acord Cadru - cantitate minima / maxima = 1 buc /2 buc Lotul 3 - Echipamente laborator analize medicale - Acord Cadru- cantitate minima / maxima = 1 buc /2 buc Acordul Cadru se va incheia cu o durata de maxim 24 luni perioada in care se vor atribui contractele subsecvente. Se pot solicita clarificari cel tarziu cu 11 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde clar si complet la solicitarile primite in termenul recomandat cu 6 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Echipamente CPU: Aparat ventilatie CPAP Sistem de compresie toracica Videolaringoscop cu lame reutilizabile Elevator electric. Cantitate acord cadru - minim/maxim = 1 buc/ 2 buc.; Echipamente explorari functionale: Aparat indice glezna-brat Spirometru Cardiotocograf. Cantitate acord cadru - minim/maxim = 1 buc/ 2 buc.; Echipamente laborator analize medicale: Agitator orbital Bilirubinometru. Cantitate acord cadru - minim/maxim = 1 buc/ 2 buc.
