Se pot solicita clarificari cel tarziu cu 8 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. autoritatea contractanta va raspunde clar si complet la solicitarile pruimite in termenul recomandat cu 6 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
