Obiectivul general al acestei achiziții îl constituie achizitia de piese schimb, respectiv piese pentru reparatii cutii de viteze automate pentru autobuzele Menarini, detinute in parcul auto de catre entitatea contractanta, pentru a se asigura continuitate si buna desfasurare a activitatii acesteia. Se va incheia un acord cadru pentru o perioada de 48 luni cu maxim 3 operatori economici clasati pe primele 3 locuri conform criteriului de atribuire cel mai bun raport calitate pret, cu reluarea competiei si ajustare de pret conform formulei precizata in prezenta fisa de date. Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia pe o perioada de 6 luni dupa incheierea acordului-cadru iar urmatoarele in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante. Ofertantii interesati pot solicita clarificari autoritatii contractante pana la un termen de 18 zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor iar autoritatea contractanta centralizeaza solicitarile si are obligatia de a posta un raspuns consolidat pana la un termen limita de 11 zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor. RATBV S.A. achiziţionează pentru o perioadă de 48 luni piese schimb, respectiv piese pentru reparatii cutii de viteze automate pentru autobuzele Menarini, detinute in parcul auto de catre entitatea contractanta, pentru a se asigura continuitate si buna desfasurare a activitatii acesteia. Se va incheia un acord cadru pentru o perioada de 48 luni cu maxim 3 operatori economici clasati pe primele 3 locuri conform criteriului de atribuire cel mai bun raport calitate pret, cu reluarea competitiei si ajustare de pret conform formulei precizata in prezenta fisa de date. Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia pe o perioada de 6 luni de zile la incheierea acordului cadru, iar urmatoarele in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit.
