Description

Achizitie mixturi asfaltice ( BAD 22,4 si BA16). Valoarea minima fiind cea estimata, pana la 31.12.2026, a prezentei proceduri (în functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele), iar valoarea maxima reprezinta valoarea estimata ce contine si valoarea posibilelor suplimentari, pentru care contractul se poate prelungi cu 4 luni, prin act aditional, in conformitate cu art.165 din H.G.395/2016, fara a se modifica conditiile contractuale initiale, respectiv pana in data de 30.04.2026, conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Cantitatea estimata: 1.BAD 22.4:- minima: 300 tone; - maxima: 1500 tone; 2.BA16:- minima: 400 tone; - maxima: 1500 tone; In functie de necesarul societatii, contractul se poate prelungi cu 4 luni, prin act aditional, in conformitate cu art.165, din H.G. 395/ 2016, fara ca pretul sa se modifice, respectiv pana in data de 30.04.2027. Dreptul autoritatii contractante de a opta pentru suplimentarea cantitatilor de produse sau de servicii este conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.
