În cadrul acestei proceduri, S.C. LUCRARI DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. Vaslui, îndeplinește rolul de Autoritate Contractantă, respectiv Achizitor în cadrul Contractului. Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze o cantitate totala de minim 7.000 to si maxim 14.000 to mixtura asfaltica, necesara pentru realizarea straturile cu imbracaminte asfaltica la drumuri, pentru o perioada de pana la 31.12.2026. Produsele solicitate sunt necesare pentru completari de acostamente, calamitati, accidente tehnice, diverse lucrari de intretinere si reparatii pentru punerea in ordine a drumurilor judetene aflate in gestiunea S.C. LUCRARI DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. VASLUI. Autoritatea contractanta va efectua probe pentru determinarea caracteristicilor fizico-mecanice ale mixturii achizitionate si tot odata pentru a determina daca produsele solicitate au in componenta materialele din caietul de sarcini.  Lot 1 - Beton asfaltic deschis cu pietris concasat BADPC 22,4 min. - 2.500 to si max. 5.000 to  Lot 2 - Beton asfaltic cu criblura BA 8 min. - 4.500 to si max. 9.000 to Transportul si punerea in opera se va fi efectua de autovehiculele si utilajele aflate in dotarea autoritatii contractante. Conform documentatiei din caietul de sarcini.
