Framework agreement for legal advice to the procurement office

The Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport of North Rhine-Westphalia (MUNV) has awarded a framework agreement for external legal advice specialised in public procurement law. The ministry buys mainly supplies and services, including advisory services, expert reports, IT projects and public relations projects. Its procurement office is staffed by experienced employees supported by a legal unit head. Given complex procurement law matters and constantly changing legal frameworks, the ministry required external legal expertise to make legally sound decisions and minimise risks.
