Qualifizierung für Hausmeisterdienste und Arbeitsschutzunterweisung für Elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Personen Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Konzeption und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen/-veranstaltungen, Unterweisungen für Beschäftigte der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) aus dem Bereich behördeninterner Dienstleistungen (Infrastruktur). Dieser beinhaltet die Durchführung entsprechender Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Grundqualifikation für Hausmeisterdienste und Arbeitsschutzunterweisung für Elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Personen (EuP). Die Qualifizierungen sind in 2 Lose unterteilt. Es kann auf ein oder beide Lose geboten werden. Pro Jahr sind 3 bis 4 Maßnahmen geplant. Eine Abrufverpflichtung seitens des Auftraggebers (AG) besteht nicht. Der Vertrag, sowie die Leistungserbringung beginnt mit Zuschlag und endet am 31.12.2030, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Los 1: Die Maßnahme vermittelt grundlegende technische Kenntnisse und praktische Fähigkeiten für Aufgaben im Hausmeisterdienst. Im Fokus stehen sicherheitsrelevante Grundlagen, gesetzliche Anforderungen und anwendungsbezogene Fertigkeiten aus den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Sanitär, Heizung, Instandhaltung, Reinigung, Schädlingsbekämpfung sowie Arbeitsschutz. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der praktischen Umsetzung in realitätsnaher Umgebung. Ziel ist es, die Teilnehmenden zu befähigen, einfache technische Arbeiten fachgerecht, sicher und wirtschaftlich durchzuführen oder notwendige Fremdleistungen sachgerecht zu beauftragen/und oder zu überwachen. Los 2: Die Maßnahme dient der gesetzlich geforderten jährlichen Arbeitsschutzunterweisung für Elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Personen im Sinne des Arbeitsschutzgesetzes (ArbSchG), der DGUV Vorschrift 1 sowie der einschlägigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und Regeln der Technik. Die Inhalte sind auf die Gefährdungen, Schutzmaßnah-men und Pflichten im Umgang mit elektrischen Betriebsmitteln zuge-schnitten und sollen praxisnah sowie interaktiv vermittelt werden.
