We are seeking to implement a robust, future-proof command-and-control system for Nottinghamshire Police, ensuring it fully aligns with operational requirements, enhances efficiency, improved performance, and supports compliance, while enabling seamless integration with existing infrastructure and facilitating continuous improvement across all relevant departments. This ambition directly supports the strategic objectives of the Force, which include: Preventing crime and protecting people from harm A modern, responsive system will enhance operational intelligence, resource deployment, and early intervention capabilities. Responding efficiently and effectively to community needs An agile and integrated solution will enable faster decision-making, improved service delivery, and better alignment with frontline priorities. Supporting victims and communities to be safe and feel safe Through improved data accuracy, accessibility, and communication tools, the system will help build public confidence and ensure that victims receive timely and appropriate support. By aligning technology investment with these core objectives, we aim to strengthen Nottinghamshire Police's ability to meet current challenges and adapt to future demands.
