Ο Δήμος Ηρωικής Νήσου Κάσου χρειάζεται να προβεί στην προμήθεια λαβάρων (banners), σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της μελέτης, για την χρησιμοποίησή τους σε επιλεγμένα σημεία του νησιού όπως Δημοτικά κτίρια και πλατείες, για τις ανάγκες των πολιτιστικών και άλλων εκδηλώσεων του Δήμου.
