La présente consultation concerne des prestations de services traiteur. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : Lot 1 : Dîners de gala. Accord-cadre mono attributaire - Sans montant minimum annuel - Montant maximum annuel : 35 000,00 Euros HT Lot 2 : Féria de l'ascension. Accord-cadre mono attributaire - Sans montant minimum annuel - Montant maximum annuel : 20 000,00 Euros HT Au titre de chaque lot, l'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit de façon expresse jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans. L'acheteur public pourra confier au titulaire du marché, en application des Articles L. 21221 et R. 21227 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. La durée pendant laquelle un nouveau marché pourra être conclu ne peut dépasser 3 ans à compter de la notification du présent marché. Organisation chargée des procédures de médiation et recours : Tribunal administratif de Nîmes. Les prix sont fermes, actualisables la première année et révisables annuellement. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée. Aucune avance n'est prévue. Financement du marché : fonds propres de la Ville d'Alès. Paiement par virement bancaire dans un délai de 30 jours. Application d'intérêts moratoires (BCE majoré de 8 points) et indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement de 40 euro(s).
