2.1. Predmetom obstarávania je poskytovanie služieb pre prevádzku a údržbu informačných systémov od spoločnosti CORA GEO, s. r. o. a súvisiacich aktivít s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov a udelenie súhlasu na odplatné a časovo obmedzené právo používať počítačový program - softvér poskytovateľa špecifikovaného nižšie (licencia), ktorý je v súlade s aktuálnymi legislatívnymi a technologic-kými zmenami, pre objednávateľa v členení podľa týchto súťažných podkladov. Predmetom tejto zákazky je súčasne aj odplatné poskytovanie dojednaných služieb podpory prevádzky, údržby LSW a súvisiacich aktivít s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie ASW v nasledovnom členení: • Údržba licencií dodaného licenčného softvéru (LSW), • Hot - line podpora, • Riadenie projektu, • Technická podpora, • Metodická podpora, • Školenia, • Aktualizácia dokumentu Plán zálohy a obnovy produktov CG, • Bezpečnostná podpora
