Description

Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pre prevádzku a údržbu informačných systémov samosprávy Mestskej časti Bratislava-Rača, v období rokov 2027 - 2030, a to: • CG DISS-RT - Dokumentačného informačného systému (Registratúra) a jeho prepojenie na UPVS • CG ISS - Informačného Systému Samosprávy • DATAMESTA - Portál na zverejňovanie dát úradu t. j.: informačného systému samosprávy, dokumentačného informačného systému s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov a udelenie súhlasu na odplatné a časovo obmedzené právo používať softvérovú aplikáciu poskytovateľa špecifikovaného nižšie (licencia). Základnou požiadavkou na softvér je súlad s aktuálnymi legislatívnymi a technologickými zmenami a poskytovanie dojednaných služieb podpory, prevádzky a údržby softvéru s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov (podrobne uvedených v týchto súťažných podkladoch (ďalej len „týchto SP“) v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky) v nasledovnom členení: • Hot - line podpora; • Technická podpora; • Metodická podpora; • Školenia; • Aktualizácie softvéru; • Riadenie projektu; • Aktualizácia dokumentu Plán zálohy a obnovy produktov CG; • Garancia, že softvér je v súlade so zákonom o Kybernetickej bezpečnosti 69/2018 Z. z., jeho noviel, smerníc a vyhlášok.
