Description

Predmetom zákazky je riadne a včasné poskytovanie služieb technickej podpory, údržby a ďalšieho rozvoja redakčného systému Content Management System - CMS (ďalej len „Systém“) zo strany Poskytovateľa (úspešného uchádzača), a to v rozsahu bližšie špecifikovanom v Prílohe č. 1 súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky a v Prílohe č. 2 súťažných podkladov - Technická špecifikácia a opis Systému. Uvedené služby (ďalej len „Služby“) budú poskytované pre Ministerstvo financií Slovenskej republiky (ďalej len „Objednávateľ“ alebo „verejný obstarávateľ“), v ktorého správe sa Systém nachádza. Poskytovanie požadovaných Služieb zahŕňa nasledovné činnosti: 1. Paušálne služby, ktoré budú poskytované mesačne v určenom rozsahu podľa bodu 1.1 Prílohy č. 1 súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky, v rámci požadovaného prevádzkového času pri poskytovaní podpory a údržby Systému a pri riešení Incidentov a prevádzky Služieb. 2. Nadpaušálne služby (služby na vyžiadanie), ktoré budú poskytované v rozsahu podľa bodu 1.2 Prílohy č. 1 súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky, na základe aktuálnych písomných požiadaviek Objednávateľa a ktoré tvoria nasledovné skupiny Služieb: 2.1 Aplikačná podpora a 2.2 Zmenové požiadavky. Súčasťou plnenia predmetu zákazky je aj poskytnutie užívacích oprávnení ku všetkým častiam Systému, ktoré dodá či upraví Poskytovateľ (úspešný uchádzač) a ktoré požívajú ochranu podľa zákona č. 185/2015 Z. z. Autorský zákon v znení neskorších predpisov.
