Portaiden ja luiskien kaiteet ja käsijohteet, Opintie 2, Kalajoki, Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä kilpailuttaa Kalajoen toimipisteeseen portaiden ja luiskien kaiteet ja käsijohteet asennettuna rakennettavaan päärakennukseen. Toimitusosoite on Opintie 2, 85100 Kalajoki. Hankinta on osa suurempaa pääosin opiskelijatyönä toteutettavaa investointia. Työmaalla työskentelevillä henkilöillä tulee olla VALTTI-kortit ennen työn aloittamista. Tarjouspyyntö sisältää seuraavat kaiteet ja käsijohteet: - Porrashuoneen 102 / 201 kaiteet ja käsijohteet o Suunnitelman ARK 32 Sisäporraspiirustus mukaisesti - Ulkotaso A (pääsisäänkäynti) käsijohteet o Suunnitelman ARK 35 Ulkotasot ja luiskat mukaisesti - Ulkotaso B (valmistuskeittiö) käsijohteet o Suunnitelman ARK 35 Ulkotasot ja luiskat mukaisesti Kaiteiden ja käsijohteiden ominaisuudet ja vaatimukset ovat liitetiedostojen ”ARK 32 Sisäporraspiirustus” ja ”ARK 35 Ulkotasot ja luiskat” mukaiset. Tarjouksen liitteeksi tulee ladata liite, josta selviävät tuotteiden tekniset tiedot tarjouksen oikeellisuuden todentamista varten. Kokonaishinnan tulee sisältää kaiteiden ja käsijohteiden tarkemittauksen, toimituksen sekä asennuksen. Kaiteiden ja käsijohteiden toimittaja suunnittelee kaiteiden kiinnitysdetaljit ja esittää ne tilaajalle. Tilaaja hyväksyy kiinnitysratkaisut ennen kuin kaiteet ja käsijohteet voidaan asentaa. Tarvikkeiden siirrot työkohteeseen kuuluu asennustyöhön. Kaiteiden ja käsijohteiden asennustyön urakoitsija vastaa omien henkilöiden työturvallisuudesta. Toteutusaikataulu: Alustava kaiteiden ja käsijohteiden asennusajankohta on viikko 50/2026. Tarkempi ajankohta sovitaan toimittajan ja tilaajan kesken. Palkkiomuoto ja kulukorvaukset: Tarjous on jätettävä verottomana kokonaishintana (alv 0 %). Hinnan tulee sisältää kaikki työ ja materiaali kustannukset. Maksupostit sovitaan tilauksen yhteydessä.
