Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usług objętych zadaniem pn. >>ZAGOSPODAROWANIE SELEKTYWNIE ZBIERANYCH ODPADÓW KOMUNALNYCH WIELKOGABARYTOWYCH O KODZIE 20 03 07 w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r.<<, polegających na zagospodarowaniu komunalnych odpadów wielkogabarytowych o kodzie 20 03 07, pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych z terenu Miasta Luboń, jak również zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, realizowanych poprzez: a) odbiór przez Wykonawcę i przetransportowanie odpadów ze stacji przeładunkowej położnej w miejscowości Luboń do instalacji odzysku lub unieszkodliwiania odpadów jaką dysponuje Wykonawca i ich zagospodarowanie zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą o odpadach w łącznej szacowanej ilości do 1500 Mg, w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. 1.1. Szczegółowy opis, zakres, warunki i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz wzór Umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego stanowiący, stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
