1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usług objętych zadaniem pn. >>ZAGOSPODAROWANIE w okresie od 01-01-2027r. do 31-12-2027r. SELEKTYWNIE ZBIERANYCH ODPADÓW KUCHENNYCH ULEGAJĄCYCH BIODEGRADACJI I ODPADÓW ULEGAJĄCYCH BIODEGRADACJI O KODACH 20 01 08 i 20 02 01<<, polegających na zagospodarowaniu komunalnych odpadów kuchennych ulegających biodegradacji i odpadów ulegających biodegradacji o kodach 20 01 08 i 20 02 01, pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych z terenu Miasta Luboń, jak również zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, realizowanych odpowiednio do lokalizacji instalacji komunalnej Wykonawcy poprzez: a) odbiór dostarczonych przez Zamawiającego odpadów do instalacji komunalnej Wykonawcy i ich zagospodarowanie przez Wykonawcę zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą o odpadach w łącznej szacowanej ilości do 2200 Mg, w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. (lokalizacja instalacji w odległości do 45 km od siedziby Zamawiającego); LUB b) odbiór przez Wykonawcę i przetransportowanie odpadów ze stacji przeładunkowej położnej w miejscowości Luboń do miejsca zagospodarowania i ich zagospodarowanie przez Wykonawcę zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą o odpadach w łącznej szacowanej ilości do 2200 Mg, w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. (lokalizacja instalacji w odległości większej niż 45 km od siedziby Zamawiającego). 2. Szczegółowy opis, zakres, warunki i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Główne aspekty procedury oraz warunki udziału w postępowaniu i podstawy wykluczenia z postępowania zawarte w Dokumentach zamówienia.
