Zakres zamówienia obejmuje wykonywanie badań profilaktycznych pracowników i kandydatów do pracy, w szczególności badań wstępnych, okresowych i kontrolnych, o których mowa w art. 229 Kodeksu pracy, zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 30 maja 1996 r. w sprawie przeprowadzania badań lekarskich pracowników, zakresu profilaktycznej opieki zdrowotnej nad pracownikami oraz orzeczeń lekarskich wydawanych do celów przewidzianych w Kodeksie pracy (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 607, z późn. zm.). Zakres zamówienia obejmuje również wykonanie badań specjalistycznych i diagnostycznych zlecanych przez lekarza medycyny pracy, niezbędnych do wydania orzeczenia lekarskiego o braku przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych do wykonywania pracy na określonym stanowisku.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług medycyny pracy na rzecz Poczty Polskiej S.A.
