Przedmiotem zamówienia jest utrzymania i rozwój Systemu OTAGO na potrzeby Gminy Miasta Gdańska. Wykonawca w ramach umowy będzie świadczył usługę utrzymania systemu OTAGO, a także dostarczy Zamawiającemu nowe rozwiązania w systemie OTAGO oraz dokona modyfikacji już istniejących rozwiązań. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z zamówienia podstawowego i zamówienia objętego prawem opcji. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: usługi utrzymania polegające przede wszystkim na zapewnieniu ciągłości działania systemu OTAGO poprzez usuwanie błędów, w tym błędów krytycznych, aktualizacji do przepisów prawa, a także świadczeniu usług konsultacji. usługi zamawiane polegające głównie na rozwoju systemu OTAGO, który z uwagi na potrzeby Gminy Miasta Gdańska musi być poddawany zmianom. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje katalog usług niezbędnych do prawidłowego, niezaburzonego działania kluczowego dla Gminy Miasta Gdańska Systemu OTAGO, w tym zapewnienia jego aktualności do przepisów prawa obowiązującego na terenie całego kraju oraz prawa miejscowego.
