1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Usługa połączenia CPD Centrali NFZ i Oddziałów Wojewódzkich NFZ siecią rozległą WAN oraz zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu wraz z ochroną anty DDoS”. 1) Uruchomienie połączenia CPD Centrali NFZ i Oddziałów Wojewódzkich NFZ siecią rozległą WAN oraz uruchomienie łącza do Internetu wraz z ochroną anty DDoS musi nastąpić w dniu 28 maja 2026 r., a jeżeli uruchomienie połączenia nie byłoby możliwe w tym terminie, powinno ono nastąpić nie później niż w terminie 12 tygodni od dnia zawarcia Umowy. 2) Utrzymanie połączenia CPD Centrali NFZ i Oddziałów Wojewódzkich NFZ siecią rozległą WAN oraz zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu wraz z ochroną anty DDoS w okresie 36 miesięcy od daty uruchomienia usługi wskazanej w protokole odbioru. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji. 3. Sposób realizacji zamówienia określa projekt umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenie zamówień na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Pzp. 1.
