Oprogramowanie i baza danych pracują pod kontrolą systemu operacyjnego Windows, bazie danych Oracle oraz JBoss Application Server (Wild Fly). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ).
