Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia: Świadczenie usług serwisu i asysty technicznej w zakresie urządzeń firmy Cisco i Paulo Alto oraz systemu monitorowania infrastruktury MSS. Główne miejsce świadczenia usług: CZSM, ul. E. Orzeszkowej 2, Elbląg 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usługi serwisu technicznego urządzeń i oprogramowania producentów Cisco Systems INC. i Palo Alto Networks Inc (są zainstalowane u Zamawiającego) zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do projektu Umowy, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Przez usługę serwisu oraz asysty technicznej zwany dalej serwisem rozumie się wszelkie działania - w tym także działania zdalne - niezbędne do usunięcia wady sprzętu lub oprogramowania i przywrócenia do sprawności technicznej zgodnej z parametrami gwarantowanymi przez ich producenta z uwzględnieniem normalnego zużycia sprzętu. 4. Czas trwania serwisu technicznego wynosi 36 miesięcy. 5. Usługa stanowiąca przedmiot zamówienia świadczona będzie w siedzibie Zamawiającego lub zdalnie poprzez usługę zdalnego dostępu, w zależności od wymagań Zamawiającego.
