Usługa ubezpieczenia Państwowego Instytutu Medycznego Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji w Warszawie - zgodnie z SWZ i Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest usługa ubezpieczenia Państwowego Instytutu Medycznego Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji, w zakresie zadania nr 1: CZĘŚĆ I: -ubezpieczenia mienia -ubezpieczenie sprzętu elektronicznego Kod grupy wg Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): CZĘŚĆ I: -66510000-8 Usługi ubezpieczeniowe -66515000-3 Usługi ubezpieczenia od uszkodzenia lub utraty -66515100-4 Usługi ubezpieczenia od ognia -66515400-7 Usługi ubezpieczenia od skutków żywiołów Poufny Charakter Informacji - Zamawiający określa poufny charakter informacji zawartej w części: Załącznik nr 1 - Charakterystyka Zamawiającego, Wykaz budynków i zabezpieczeń Załącznik nr 1a - Szkodowość Załącznik nr 2 - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia Załączniku nr 2a - Wykaz sprzętu elektronicznego - Wykonawca informacje o charakterze poufnym może uzyskać poprzez zawnioskowanie o ich przesłanie w formie elektronicznej przez platformę e-propublico. - We wniosku o przesłanie Części poufnej SWZ należy podać dane dotyczące Wnioskodawcy I Wykonawcy, którego reprezentuje powołując się na numer przedmiotowego postępowania.
