Zamówienie będzie realizowane przez okres 36 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia usług ubezpieczeniowych. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Usługa grupowego ubezpieczenia na życie pracowników oraz członków rodzin pracowników: Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Krajowej z siedzibą w Warszawie; Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Regionalnej w Warszawie z siedzibą w Warszawie; Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Okręgowej w Warszawie z siedzibą w Warszawie oraz podległych jej prokuratur rejonowych; Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Okręgowej Warszawa-Praga w Warszawie z siedzibą w Warszawie oraz podległych jej prokuratur rejonowych; Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Okręgowej w Płocku z siedzibą w Płocku oraz podległych jej prokuratur rejonowych; Skarbu Państwa - Prokuratury Okręgowej w Ostrołęce z siedzibą w Ostrołęce oraz podległych jej prokuratur rejonowych. Na podstawie przepisu art. 37 ust. 2-4 ustawy Pzp prowadzenie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia Zamawiający powierzył Supra Brokers S.A., Aleja Śląska 1, 54-118 Wrocław.
