1. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się: 1) Usługa kompleksowego utrzymania czystości w obiekcie Aquapark Polkowice S.A. należącym do Zamawiającego, zlokalizowanym w Polkowicach, ul. Młyńska 4, 59-100 Polkowice, zwanego w dalszej części umowy obiektem. 2) Usługa utrzymania zieleni i odśnieżania dróg, parkingów, chodników, ciągów komunikacyjnych na terenach przyległych do obiektu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa SWZ oraz Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy zawarte w Istotnych dla Zamawiającego Postanowieniach wraz z załącznikami.
