Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Świadczenie usług ratownictwa wodnego w obiekcie Aquapark Polkowice S.A. w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.” Do obowiązków Wykonawcy należy zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa osób korzystających z krytej pływalni w obiekcie Aquapark Polkowice S.A. zgodnie z obwiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności: a) Ustawą z 8 sierpnia 2011 r. o bezpieczeństwie osób przebywających na obszarach wodnych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 714 z późn. zm.); b) Rozporządzeniem Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 23 stycznia 2012 r. w sprawie minimalnych wymagań dotyczących liczby ratowników wodnych zapewniających stałą kontrolę wyznaczonego obszaru wodnego (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1981), c) Rozporządzeniem Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 27 lutego 2012 r. sprawie wymagań dotyczących wyposażenia wyznaczonych obszarów wodnych w sprzęt ratunkowy i pomocniczy, urządzenia sygnalizacyjne i ostrzegawcze oraz sprzęt medyczny, leki i artykuły sanitarne (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1607). Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo określony w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia.
