1.Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie kompleksowej usługi prania, suszenia oraz obróbki (prasowanie, maglowanie, odkażanie, itp.) pościeli i bielizny szpitalnej wraz z usługą transportu brudnej bielizny z magazynu szpitala do pralni oraz transport czystej bielizny z pralni do magazynku Zamawiającego oraz wynajem bielizny, urządzeń vendigowych i wdrożenie systemu RFID w Szpitalu w Ostródzie S.A. 2.Zamawiający wymaga, aby świadczenie usług będących przedmiotem zamówienia odbywało się zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, tj.: 1) rozporządzeniem Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 26.09.1997 r. w sprawie ogólnych przepisów bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy (tj.: Dz. U. z 2003 r. Nr 169, poz. 1650 z późn. zm.), 2) ustawą z dnia 9 października 2015 r. o produktach biobójczych (tj.: Dz. z 2021 r. poz. 24 z późn. zm.), 3) ustawą z dnia 25 lutego 2011 o substancjach chemicznych i ich mieszaninach (Dz. U. z 2022 r., poz. 1816 z późn. zm.), 4) rozporządzeniem Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 27 kwietnia 2000 r. w sprawie bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy w pralniach i farbiarniach (Dz. U. z 2000 r. Nr 40, poz. 469), 5) ustawą z dnia 5 grudnia 2008 r. o zapobieganiu oraz zwalczaniu zakażeń i chorób zakaźnych u ludzi (tj. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 1675 z późn. zm.), 6) innymi przepisami mającymi zastosowanie do niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia, zwanej dalej SWZ.
