1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowej usługi wynajmu i serwisu odzieży roboczej oraz służbowej z przeznaczeniem do prania przemysłowego wraz z wynajmem szafek odzieżowych i szaf wrzutowych na odzież używaną dla pracowników Przedsiębiorstwa Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. w Tychach. 2. Zakres usług świadczonych przez Wykonawcę w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) przeprowadzenie pomiarów pracowników i dobór właściwych rozmiarów odzieży; 2) wyposażenie pracowników w odzież roboczą oraz służbową z przeznaczeniem do prania przemysłowego zgodnie ze specyfikacją określoną w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ; 3) indywidualne oznakowanie i ewidencjonowanie odzieży w systemie identyfikacji; 4) odbiór, pranie przemysłowe, sortowanie i dostarczanie wypranej odzieży zgodnie z harmonogramem określonym w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ własnym transportem na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy; 5) bieżące naprawy, przeróbki krawieckie oraz wymiana odzieży; 6) wynajem i obsługa szafek odzieżowych (serwisowych); 7) wynajem i obsługa szaf wrzutowych przeznaczonych do gromadzenia odzieży używanej (tzw. brudowników); 8) rozmieszczanie czystej odzieży w indywidualnych szafkach pracowników; 9) zapewnienie systemu informatycznego do ewidencji i zarządzania obiegiem odzieży oraz bieżąca obsługa zmian dotycząca pracowników objętych usługą. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym miejsce oraz warunki realizacji usług zawiera: 1) Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej ,,OPZ’’) - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ; 2) Szczegółowa specyfikacja odzieży oraz wymagania dotyczące cyklu serwisowego - załącznik nr 1a do SWZ; 3) Lokalizacje ustawienia szafek serwisowych i szaf wrzutowych (mapa) - załącznik nr 1b do SWZ; 4) Rzuty pomieszczeń przeznaczonych do ustawienia szafek serwisowych i szaf wrzutowych wraz z wymiarami - załącznik nr 1c do SWZ; 5) Szczegółowe zestawienie składników przewidzianych do przejęcia w ramach dotychczasowej usługi rentalu - załącznik nr 1d do SWZ.
