Description

W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) wyposażenia nieruchomości obsługiwanych w pojemniki wraz z utrzymaniem ich w odpowiednim stanie sanitarnym, porządkowym i technicznym oraz dostarczania worków przeznaczonych do gromadzenia odpadów komunalnych w liczbie niezbędnej do zapewnienia prawidłowej realizacji usługi, 2) odbierania, zbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych odbieranych bezpośrednio z terenu nieruchomości obsługiwanych, 3) realizacji zgłoszeń przesyłanych przez Zamawiającego dotyczących wymiany/podstawienia/zabrania pojemników z obsługiwanych nieruchomości, 4) odbierania, zbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki odpadów wielkogabarytowych zbieranych w pojemnikach ogólnodostępnych, 5) odbierania, zbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki bioodpadów stanowiących części roślin pochodzących z pielęgnacji terenów zielonych, ogrodów, parków i cmentarzy, zbieranych w sposób akcyjny, 6) odbierania, zbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki przeterminowanych leków, 7) usuwania odpadów zgromadzonych w miejscach do tego celu nieprzeznaczonych, 8) wykonywania prac interwencyjnych, 9) odbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania zużytych igieł i strzykawek, 10) odbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów zebranych w PSZOK funkcjonującym na terenie Sektora, 11) odbierania, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów zebranych przy pomocy SZOP i SZOT funkcjonujących na terenie Sektora, 12) osiągania/raportowania rocznych poziomów zagospodarowania odpadów, 13) przygotowywania sprawozdań i bilansów z zakresu wykonywanych czynności oraz osiąganych rocznych poziomów zagospodarowania odpadów. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, zbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Wrocław w obrębie Sektora 5.
