1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest podłączenie, techniczne uruchomienie, odbiór i całodobowe świadczenie przez 24 miesiące usług dostępu do Internetu oraz zagregowanych usług transmisji danych dla lokalizacji GIOŚ; 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposobu jego realizacji, w tym Parametry graniczne, zawiera Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ - „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz „Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy” - Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ, odpowiednio dla każdej z części zamówienia. 3. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 4. W przypadku, gdy Wykonawca oferuje rozwiązania równoważne dla norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych wskazanych w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 ustawy Pzp zobowiązany jest do złożenia adekwatnych przedmiotowych środków dowodowych opisanych w art. 104-107 ustawy Pzp oraz w Rozdziale XI SWZ oraz Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Przedmiotowe środki dowodowe muszą udowodnić, iż w równoważnym stopniu (tym samym bądź lepszym) zaproponowane rozwiązania spełniają opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Ciężar udowodnienia spoczywa na Wykonawcy. 5. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na dowolną część lub części zamówienia. Oferta musi zawierać wszystkie pozycje asortymentowe w ramach części zamówienia na którą jest składana.
