Summary

Machine-generated summary

The National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) is preparing a pre-commercial procurement (PCP) to develop an innovative anaerobic digestion system for non-standard biomass. The research challenge is efficient processing of difficult organic substrates such as poultry litter, animal by-products and harvest straw, while keeping the process stable and environmentally safe. Contractors should deliver a solution combining advanced feedstock pretreatment, innovative anaerobic fermentation, microbiological control systems and intelligent monitoring and control tools of the SCADA class. The system must enable stable mono- or co-fermentation with at least 70% non-standard biomass in the total feedstock and high biogas yields, reducing the impact of inhibitors such as ammonia, long-chain fatty acids and lignocellulosic structures. The project is funded under the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 programme (project FENG 02.13-IP.07-0001/24).

Description

Niniejsze wstępne ogłoszenie informacyjne (Prior Information Notice; PIN) informuje o publikacji przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (NCBR) postępowania w formule zamówień przedkomercyjnych (PCP), którego celem będzie opracowanie rozwiązań w obszarze technologii biogazu. Koncepcja systemu zakłada integrację procesu fermentacji z zaawansowanymi systemami automatycznego monitorowania i sterowania klasy SCADA, wykorzystującymi dane procesowe do bieżącej optymalizacji parametrów technologicznych. Dodatkowo technologia będzie umożliwiała efektywne przetwarzanie lokalnie dostępnych odpadów i produktów ubocznych sektora rolno-spożywczego, wspierając rozwój odnawialnych źródeł energii, redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych oraz wzrost samowystarczalności energetycznej regionów. 11 ust 3 pkt 1 uPzp. Zastosowana procedura będzie otwarta, przejrzysta oraz niedyskryminacyjna.
